Who handles your booking

The hotel you book with is responsible for your booking and your information. Linesor runs the booking page and the hotel's system for the hotel.

What is collected

• Your name, mobile number and email, your stay dates, rooms and guests, and any request you add.
• The address of the device you book from, kept briefly to stop abuse (only its first part is kept in the hotel's records).

Why

To make and manage your booking, send your confirmation, contact you about your stay, and meet the hotel's legal obligations (for example guest registration).

Payment

You pay at the hotel. The booking page does not ask for card details.

Your rights

Contact the hotel to see, correct or delete your information. The hotel's contact details are on your confirmation and on the booking page.
