Privacy Policy

What personal information Linesor collects, why, and the choices you have.

Who is responsible

Linesor is responsible for personal information about visitors to linesor.com and about the people who manage our customers' accounts. For information about a hotel's or restaurant's own guests and customers, that business is responsible and Linesor works on its behalf (see "Guests of our customers" below).

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, business, email, phone (for example when you ask for a demo).
  • Account details of the people who use Linesor: name, user name, role, and a record of sign-ins and changes (the audit trail).
  • Technical information: the address and browser of devices that use the Service, kept for security.

Why we use it

  • To provide and support the Service and to keep it secure.
  • To answer your questions and send the emails the Service needs (for example a password reset).
  • To meet our legal obligations.

Guests of our customers

When a guest books a room or orders at a business that uses Linesor, the business decides what is collected and why. Linesor stores and processes that information only to run the Service for the business, under our Data Processing Terms. Guests should contact the business first about their information.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use a small number of trusted providers to run the Service: hosting and backups, Cloudflare (secure network and delivery), and Resend (email delivery). Each is bound to protect the information and use it only for us.

How long we keep it

Account information is kept while the account is open and for up to 30 days after, then deleted or anonymised, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and audit trails.

Security

Information travels encrypted, access is limited to people who need it, every change is recorded, and backups are made daily. Full card numbers are never stored.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you, or object to how it is used. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
