Roles

You (the hotel, restaurant or business) decide what personal information is processed in Linesor and why. Linesor processes it only on your behalf and on your instructions, which are these terms and the way you use the Service.

What Linesor does

• Processes the information only to provide the Service.
• Keeps it confidential and limits access to staff who need it.
• Protects it with encryption in transit, access controls, a full audit trail and daily backups.
• Uses only the providers named in our Privacy Policy, and tells you before adding new ones.
• Tells you without undue delay, and within 72 hours, if it learns of a breach affecting your information.
• Helps you answer requests from your guests about their information.
• Deletes or returns the information when the agreement ends, after the 30-day export period, except where the law requires keeping it.

Where information is kept

Information is stored on servers we rent from established hosting providers, with encrypted backups. We tell you where on request.

Audits

We answer reasonable questions about our security and give you the information you need to show you meet your own obligations.
