Terms of Service
The agreement between Linesor and the businesses that use its software.
Who we are
The Service is provided by Linesor ("Linesor", "we", "us"). These terms apply to every business ("you") that signs up for or uses Linesor's software: the hotel system (PMS), the point of sale (POS), the booking engine, the channel manager, hotel websites and any related service (together, the "Service").
Your account
- You give us correct business details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for the people you give access to (managers, receptionists, cashiers) and for keeping passwords and PINs private.
- Tell us at once if you think someone has used your account without permission.
Subscriptions and payment
- The Service is billed per property or outlet, monthly or yearly in advance, at the price agreed in your order.
- Prices are in US dollars unless your order says otherwise. Local taxes are added where the law requires them.
- If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause access after giving you notice. Your data stays safe while access is paused.
- Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Your data
Everything you and your guests enter into Linesor (reservations, guest details, orders, payments recorded, reports) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service, as set out in our Data Processing Terms. You can export your data at any time, and for 30 days after your subscription ends.
What we promise
- We run the Service with care and skill, keep it secure, and back it up every day.
- We aim for the Service to be available 99.5% of every month, outside planned maintenance, which we announce in advance where we can.
- We fix faults we are told about as quickly as we reasonably can and keep you informed on our status page.
What you agree not to do
You use the Service lawfully and as described in our Acceptable Use Policy. You do not try to break into, copy, resell or overload the Service.
Payments taken through the Service
Linesor records payments you take (cash, mobile money, card, bank) but does not hold your money. Linesor never stores full card numbers: only the card type, last four digits and expiry, as you enter them.
Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time; the Service runs to the end of the period you paid for. We may end the agreement if you seriously break these terms and do not put it right within 14 days of our notice.
Changes
We may update these terms. We tell you at least 30 days before a change that affects you materially takes effect.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Linesor is registered. Questions: [email protected].
