About Linesor

Linesor is an AI agent platform. Its first agent answers your customers on your website, from knowledge you approved, with the source shown next to every answer — and says so when your pages do not cover the question.

What we are building

Every new capability used to mean another hire: post the role, wait six weeks, onboard for three months, then discover the work only happens while someone is awake. Capability is now something you deploy. Each Linesor agent owns a discipline, holds the context of your business, and answers for it — with a hard stop where a person is needed. Customer Support is live; seven more are planned and not yet built.

Where answers come from

Nothing the agent says comes from anywhere but the pages and documents you approved. What you reject never speaks. When the answer is not in your knowledge, the agent says it does not have that and offers the contact route you chose, instead of inventing one. Everything it says is on the record: which source, which visitor conversation, when.

Data and providers

Visitor messages are answered by third-party language-model providers; the Privacy Policy sets out the categories of provider we use, how to ask for the current list, and what is kept and for how long. No advertising or analytics cookies, and no tracking pixel.
