Refunds.

This page restates the Refunds section of our Terms of Service. If the two ever differ, the Terms govern.

The trial

The trial is free and takes no card, so there is nothing to refund before you have paid anything.

Once you are paying

You can cancel at any time from your settings, or by emailing [email protected], and your agent keeps working to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a period as a matter of course. Refund requests outside that are considered case by case.

Charged in error, or let down by us

If you think you have been charged in error, or something on our side stopped your agent working, write to [email protected] and we will put it right.

Who issues the refund

Paddle is our payment provider and the merchant of record for every subscription. Any refund is issued by Paddle, to the payment method you used.

Nothing here affects any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
