This policy explains what the platform collects, who else processes it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers two different people: the customer who runs a workspace, and the visitor who talks to an agent on that customer's website.
What we collect from a customer. Your account details (name, email, and the workspace name you choose), the knowledge you give an agent — pages we crawl at your instruction, documents you upload, and notes you type — and operational records of what the platform did for you: crawls, approvals, conversations counted, and an audit trail of administrative actions.
What we collect from a visitor. The messages they send to an agent, the answer it gave, and which of your approved documents that answer cited. A visitor who never opens the chat gets no session, no conversation record and no identifier. Once it is opened, one token is stored in their browser so that reopening the panel continues the same conversation. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no tracking pixel.
Visitor messages are sent to a third-party model provider. To generate an answer, the visitor's message and the relevant extracts of your approved knowledge are sent to a third-party language-model provider. Your account details and your billing information are not.
Who else processes data. A small number of service providers process data on our behalf: hosting and infrastructure providers, authentication providers, email delivery providers, payment processors, and the language-model providers that generate answers and receive the visitor messages described above. We never see or store your card. A current list of our processors is available to customers on request at support@linesor.com.
How your workspace is kept apart. Your knowledge, your conversations and the messages in them are readable only within your own workspace. What you upload is encrypted, and traffic is served over HTTPS throughout.
Where your data is held. Customer data is stored and processed on servers located in the European Union.
How long we keep it. The messages a visitor sends your agent, the answers it gave, your knowledge and your account records are kept for as long as your workspace exists. You can delete knowledge yourself at any time, ask us to erase the data held for one individual, or close the workspace, which removes it all. Audit records are retained.
Your rights, and a visitor's. You can ask us to export or erase the data held for any individual, and you can delete knowledge yourself at any time. To close a workspace entirely, email us and we will do it. Write to support@linesor.com and we will act on your request within the 30 days the law allows.
What we do not do. We do not sell your data. We do not use your knowledge or your visitors' conversations to train models. Knowledge given to one workspace is never used to answer another's visitors.
Changes. We may update this policy; the current version is always posted here, with its date.
A chat on your website that answers your customers from your own pages, shows them the page each answer came from, and says so when your pages do not cover the question. That is the Customer Support Agent, live today — the first on Linesor AI, an AI agent platform built to run a workforce of them.
Post the role. Wait six weeks. Onboard for three months. Then discover the work only happens while someone is awake, at a desk, and not on leave.
Capability arrived slowly, cost a salary, and stopped at 6pm. That was simply how businesses grew.
Linesor agents are not chatbots bolted onto a website. Each one owns a discipline, holds the context of your business, and answers for it — from knowledge you approved, with a hard stop where a person is needed.
Choose a discipline. The agent arrives already knowing how the role works — you teach it your business, not the job.
You decide what it knows. Pages and documents wait for your approval before they can answer anyone — and what you reject never speaks.
Teach the platform your business once. As more agents go live, they will draw on the same approved knowledge you have already built.
Customer Support is live today. The rest of the workforce is on its way.
{{ wfLede }}
Point it at your site, approve what it read, and paste one line into your page. One click in your dashboard confirms it is live.
Work continues through nights, weekends and holidays at the same standard.
Put an agent on real work before you decide anything. No card, so there is nothing to cancel.
Once more of the workforce is live, agents will share context and hand work between each other.
Every touchpoint covered, from first hello to closed deal.
Runs the business behind the business.
Finds the market, wins it, and understands why.
Customer Support is live today. Bundles arrive as the workforce grows. Cancellation and refunds are set out in the terms.
The first agent we have launched — billed as the Growth plan
Bundles of several agents
Tell us what you want handled. We map the roles and the fastest route to your first working agent — no card, no commitment.
Ask most chatbots something your business never published and they invent an answer, because guessing reads better than silence — right up until a customer acts on it. A Linesor agent answers only from knowledge you approved, shows the source with every answer, and when your pages do not cover the question, it says so and stops.
Setting it up is reading, not building: it reads your website, you approve what it learned, and one line of HTML puts it on your page. It works on Shopify, WordPress and any website builder that lets you paste one line of HTML.
Built for businesses whose customers ask the same questions all day — hotels, salons, garages, clinics, restaurants, shops and trades.
The agent in the corner of this page is that product, answering from these pages and nothing else. Ask it what Linesor costs. Then ask it something we have never published — and watch it decline instead of guessing.
Scroll through a real exchange — what the visitor sees, what the platform records, and what happens when the agent should not answer.
A visitor opens the chat on your website and asks a perfectly ordinary question. No app, no account, no queue.
Answers come only from your site’s content and the documents you approved.
The visitor gets one clear answer with its sources attached. Behind it, the answer is stored with exactly where it came from. Switch between the two views.
It says it doesn’t know instead of guessing.
Some conversations need a person. When one does, the agent does not improvise — it stops.
This agent is coming soon.
The Customer Support Agent is available now.

These terms apply when you use Linesor. Linesor is operated by Abdikani Mohamed Jes, a sole proprietorship. If you are signing up for a company, you confirm you may agree on its behalf. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
What the service does. Linesor gives you an agent that answers questions on your website from knowledge you have approved. Pages crawled and documents uploaded wait for your approval before the agent can answer from them, and every answer records the sources it used. The agent answers questions; it does not take actions in your systems.
Accuracy. Answers are generated by a language model. They can be wrong, and you should not rely on the agent for advice where being wrong carries a cost — legal, medical, financial or safety. The agent is instructed to answer only from your approved knowledge and to say when it does not know, but no such system is perfect. You remain responsible for what your agent tells your customers.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge you approve, for having the right to use it, and for telling your own visitors that they are talking to an automated assistant and that their messages are processed to generate a reply. Do not put special-category personal data into your workspace knowledge.
Acceptable use. Do not use Linesor to deceive people about whether they are talking to software, to send unlawful or harassing content, to attempt to extract other customers' data, or to probe the platform's security without our written agreement.
Trials and billing. The trial runs 14 days and takes no card. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account settings, or email support@linesor.com — access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you subscribe. Paddle is our payment provider and the merchant of record for every subscription, and sells the subscription to you as reseller.
Availability. Linesor is provided without a service-level commitment, and access may be interrupted.
Your data, and ending the agreement. Your knowledge and conversations remain yours. You can stop using Linesor at any time and ask us to delete your workspace; see the privacy policy for what is held and for how long.
Refunds. The trial is free and takes no card, so there is nothing to refund before you have paid anything. Once you are paying you can cancel at any time from your settings, and your agent keeps working to the end of the period you have already paid for; part-periods are not refunded as a matter of course. Refund requests outside that are considered case by case: if you think you have been charged in error, or something on our side stopped your agent working, write to support@linesor.com and we will put it right. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Nothing here affects any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
Liability. Linesor is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
