How you get on the booking sites
Every site above is live with Linesor Channel Manager, included in the Hotel and Apartments packages. From no booking site to bookings at your front desk:

Book a demo
Tell us about your property. We show you Linesor with your kind of rooms and agree which sites you want to be on.

Your account on each site
If you are not on a site yet, we help you open your account and fill in your listing. If you already are, we use the account you have.

Connected to Linesor
We match your room types and rates to each site's, then switch the connection on. From then on, Linesor sends rooms left and prices to every site.

Bookings arrive at your desk
New, changed and cancelled bookings land on your Stay View by themselves. A booking anywhere closes that room on every other site.
What to have ready
Your business details
The business name and address, and the owner's or manager's ID. Each site uses them to check that the property is real.
Good photos
Rooms, bathroom, the building outside, reception and anything guests love. Bright, sharp and recent; we tell you what is missing.
Rooms and prices
Each room type, how many of each, the beds, and your price per night. We enter them in Linesor with you.
Your rules
Check-in and check-out times, children, extra beds, cancellation and how guests pay you.
Questions
- Do I pay the booking sites?
- Yes. Each site charges you its own commission on the bookings it sends, about 15% on average; your rate is in your agreement with the site. Linesor adds nothing to it.
- How long does it take?
- Connecting a site to Linesor takes days, not weeks. A site's own check of a new property can take longer; we follow it with you until you are live.
- Which sites can I be on?
- Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Agoda, Trip.com, Google Hotels & Vacation Rentals. Others on request.
- How do guests pay?
- Depending on the site and your settings, guests pay the site or pay you at the property. Either way, Linesor records the payment on the guest's folio.
