Encrypted, every time
Every page and every app connects over HTTPS only; browsers are told never to use anything else. Nothing travels in the clear.
Servers behind a shield
Our servers are reached only through Cloudflare's protected network, which stops attacks before they arrive; there is no other way in from the internet.
Your business kept apart
Each business's guests, bookings and money are kept apart from every other's by the database itself, not only by the app. One property can never see another's information.
Sign-in that resists attacks
Passwords are stored only in a scrambled form that cannot be read back. Sign-in is checked for robots, limited after wrong attempts, and never tells a stranger whether an account exists.
Each person sees only their part
A role for every person: the cashier, the front desk, the manager. Voids and discounts are off until an Admin allows them, and sessions end soon after the last page is closed.
A record of every change
Who changed a booking, a bill or a price, and when, is kept. Full card numbers are never stored: only the card type and last four digits.
Backed up every night
Encrypted backups every night, with a copy kept away from the main servers, so your history survives even a lost server.
Watched every minute
Every product is checked every minute, and we are alerted the moment something fails. Updates go out without stopping the service, after more than a thousand automated tests.
