Your first week with Linesor

Switching from paper, spreadsheets or another system is easier than it looks. We do the set-up with you, train your team and stay on call while you go live. Most properties take bookings in Linesor within a week.

  1. Day 1

    We get to know your property

    What we do
    A call with you: your rooms, rates, restaurant, team and how your day runs today.
    What we need from you
    Your room types, prices, menu and the names of the people who will use Linesor.

  2. Days 2–3

    We build your property in Linesor

    What we do
    Rooms, rates, taxes, menus, printers, users and what each person may do. Your booking engine page with your photos. Your guests and future bookings from your old system, if you want them brought over.
    What we need from you
    Check what we built and tell us what to change.

  3. Days 3–5

    We connect the booking sites

    What we do
    Your accounts on Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and the others you chose, matched to your rooms and rates.
    What we need from you
    Accept Linesor as your connection in each site's settings; we show you where.

  4. Days 5–6

    We train your team

    What we do
    Short sessions for each role: front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and the manager's reports, online or by phone.
    What we need from you
    The team's time, an hour or two each.

  5. Day 7

    You go live

    What we do
    We watch your first check-ins, orders and the day's close with you, and stay on call.
    What we need from you
    Run your day in Linesor.

  6. After

    We stay with you

    What we do
    24/7 support with the response times in our Support Policy, and a check-in with you after your first month.
    What we need from you
    Call or message us whenever you need us.
